Sevier, a retired Colonel (USAF) and former
member of the Senior Executive Service. Since
2008, he has been Vice Chair Defense Trade
Advisory Group (DTAG) in the State Department's
Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC).
Sam plays a key leadership role in this
important forum for interchange between DDTC
and organizations public and private affected
by the International Traffic in Arms Act
(ITAR).
Northeast Region
MK Technology’s Northeast Region Office is headed by David Ross. He is a recognized specialist in import and export compliance and supply chain management. He also is an expert at assessing supply chain security for participation in the Bureau of Customs and Border Patrol’s C-TPAT (Customs and Trade Partnership against Terrorism) certification.
