Webinar
Learn the "Must Knows" - when does your company need to register and what are the exemptions, learn what activities are subject to the ITAR regulations and what items are controlled. From there, companies that receive ITAR data or work on ITAR projects must implement data controls at their facility. We will discuss what this means for your HR activities, facility security, purchasing terms and conditions, and of course, controls on all data whether your cell phone, laptop, IT network, etc.
Finally we will address how to get onto the D-Trade licensing system and review an export license for hardware exports.
As always, if you have specific questions about your company's ITAR compliance, we'll have ample time at the end of the webinar to address them.
You can participate in this session right from the convenience of your own home or office. All you need is an internet connection!
